Our story

The cook everyone calls Master Lee has run a Lagos wok station for the better part of twenty years.

He spent those years cooking rice and noodle plates for kitchens across the mainland, learning exactly which dishes this city comes back for, before putting his own name over the door.

Master Lee is that kitchen, now at the Water Garden front in Ikoyi. The same hands on the wok, the same short list done properly: rich soups, wok rice, chow mein, and seafood cooked the way the coast eats it.
